By accessing nudistaudio.com or using the services provided by Nudist Audio LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Nudist Audio LLC provides digital products, available for purchase and download.

Payment and Transactions

All payments for products purchased from Nudist Audio LLC are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Nudist Audio LLC does not store or collect your payment card details.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund, use the link in your purchase confirmation email or visit paddle.net.

User Accounts

When creating an account on nudistaudio.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

The products and content on nudistaudio.com are the property of Nudist Audio LLC or its licensors.

By purchasing a product, you obtain a license to use the product. You do not obtain any rights to the Intellectual Property.

Usage Restrictions

By using a product you agree to the End User License Agreement bundled with your product.

The product may not be redistributed or purchased anywhere other than nudistaudio.com.

The product may not be altered, decompiled or edited, including but not limited to uses relating to piracy or license key generation.

If you would like to redistribute a product, or embed a product in another software, please contact caleb@nudistaudio.com.

Termination

Nudist Audio LLC may terminate or suspend access to all services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

Nudist Audio LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
